Food Science
Runs throughout the day. Play with your food. Delve into the stuff that food is made of. Play with enzymes. Test out the electrolyte level in sports drinks. Break down some starches, without exercise.

December 2-February 2
Science and Toys
Runs throughout the day. Toys are full of science just waiting to come out. Use toys to feel the force of gyroscopic motion, program a Lego NXT robot, or build a working radio with snap circuits.

February 3-April 6
All About Energy
Runs throughout the day. Saving energy is essential to our future, so we need to understand how. Through hands on activities you can: do a side by side comparison of incandescent and florescent lights, power a car with water and use wind to generate electricity.

April 7-June 1
Circuits and Such
Runs throughout the day. Technology surrounds us. This lab lets us investigate some of the technology behind: Robotics, Microcontrollers, Circuits and Computer Programs.
